Have you ever regretted wasting time in your life? Or found yourself questioning whether the things that you are working on are meaningless? The weight of guilt, regret, shame, and emptiness lingers quietly, buried deep within us. And we might keep doing it again and again and again......
Are we, then, the sinners of wasted time?
“But these butter did melt…”

This project is a two-channel video installation that tells the stories of a girl making herself a sculpture out of butter.
One channel, displayed on a monitor resembles a documentory of her process of creating the sculpture. Meanwhile, the projection reveals her emotions -- both the satisfaction of making the sculpture and the frustration she feels as it melts away.
Everyone else remains a spectator—they pause, observe, and move on.
The meaning of your life is yours to define.
